PRESS RELEASE: RAMI TO OFFER LIFETIME WARRANTY ON GENERAL AVIATION ANTENNA LINE

RAMI is announcing a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its entire line of general aviation antennas. All products included in this line are to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product. RAMI has stood behind the quality of its products for years by offering superior customer service as well as a three-year warranty however, expanding the warranty to cover the lifetime of aviation products solidifies a dedication to performance and longevity.

Offering a Limited Lifetime Warranty is significant because it is the first of its kind to be announced in the general aviation antenna market. In an economy that sees competitors cutting cost and jeopardizing long term quality, RAMI is seizing an opportunity to guarantee materials and workmanship. RAMI will continue to maintain the low costs and performance that have made their antennas the obvious choice for a growing number of OEM’s and distributors of aviation products.

Should a defect in the antenna’s materials or workmanship occur, the owner will first need to contact RAMI in order to receive a “Return Material Authorization” RMA number. Once the product acquisition details and the nature of the defect or malfunction has been established, the product will be returned to RAMI in Grand Haven, Michigan. If determined upon examination by RAMI that the product meets the Limited Lifetime Warranty criteria, the product will be replaced and returned to the owner free of charge.
