Spray Painter

Job Summary

Sprays surfaces of machines, manufactured products, or working area with protective or decorative material, such as paint, enamel, glaze, gelcoat, or lacquer, using spray gun.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable/excellent attendance record
  • Negative drug screen
  • Able to work cooperatively with co-workers
  • Adherence to personal protection requirements (safety glasses, etc.)
  • Adherence to company general policies and quality procedures.
  • Receive and follow work instructions from Lead Person or Supervisor
  • Lifting up to 50# with no restrictions
  • Healthy wrist-arm motion – will be using hand tools
  • Ability to work with acetones, thinners, epoxies, solders and sealants and other manufacturing materials without allergic reactions

Job Summary

Job Summary

This role has responsibilities to maintain department key measures (quality/delivery), identify procurement processes to be improved or made more efficient, research/set up new suppliers and evaluate supplier by pricing, quality, availability, and other criteria.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2-4 years ERP experience
  • Negative drug screen
  • Proven commercial and / or fulfillment experience with a range of suppliers
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal, customer service and professional skills
  • Strong computer skills, using various Microsoft applications
  • Send, confirm pricing and delivery date on purchase orders with Suppliers. Follow up on delays.
  • Maintain part, supply, and item pricing in ERP system.

Production Supervisor

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a diverse and talented manufacturing team.  This role is responsible for ensuring our customers’ needs are being met by our production teams while providing the correct tools and information to meet company objectives. This position will also include directing, training, assisting, coaching, and disciplining lower-level manufacturing employees in a factory setting.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and/or ability:
    • Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
    • ERP software
  • Ability to gain knowledge, understand, abide by, and enforce teams’ compliance with company:
