Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Perform ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Industrial Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Fabrication or Welding: 1 year (Required)
  • CNC maintenance/PM’s (Preferred)
  • Hold valid electrical certifications.
  • Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field (Preferred).
  • Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
  • Negative drug screen.
  • Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends.
  • Adherence to company general policies, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Receive and follow work instructions from Lead Person or Supervisor.

Shipping Material Handler

Job Summary

Demonstrates mastery of shipping domestic and international customer orders by small package delivery services and by common carriers. Performs all duties related to organizing, compiling, and correctly packing/packaging the shipping of goods and materials.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years previous shipping and receiving experience.
  • Previous inspection experience with a critical eye for detail and basic problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and write legibly with basic math skills as defined by company standards.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability; Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook and others as role scope requires.
  • Ability to use and operate a scale.
  • Ability to obtain and keep a current forklift license certification.
  • Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of RAMI company safety rules and procedures, quality process and procedures.
  • Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of RAMI products, processes, and customer requirements.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and possess a high-level accuracy in all work and error free work.

Plater – Second Shift

Job Summary

Set up plating tanks and other equipment to plate metallic parts or perform other surface treatment to workpieces

Job Requirements

  • Able to work cooperatively with co-workers
  • Adherence to personal protection requirements (safety glasses, etc.)

  • Frequent lifting up to 50# with no restrictions
  • Healthy wrist-arm motion – will be using hand tools
  • Ability to work with acid and base chemicals and other manufacturing materials without allergic reactions

Welder

Job Summary

Set up and operate equipment for gas welding, cutting, brazing and MIG welding, as well as TIG welding.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Reliable/excellent attendance record.
  • Negative drug screen.
  • Able to work cooperatively with co-workers
  • Ability to receive and follow directions and work instructions from Lead Person or Supervisor
  • Must be acquainted with gas mixtures and settings, torch tip selections, coated and un-coated welding rod materials, fluxes, etc. to perform gas welding, cutting and brazing and also, MIG Welding.

General Assembler – Full Time, Part Time, Seasonal

Job Summary

Perform manual or mechanical assembly of mechanical, electrical and/or electronic components and/or sub-assemblies

Inventory Controller

Job Summary

Receives, stores, controls and disburses items into and from controlled stores.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Negative drug screen
  • Forklift Driver Certification.
  • Valid Michigan driver license.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent basic math skills (adding/subtracting/dividing/multiplying).
  • Ability to operate a personal computer running Microsoft Office
  • Lifting up to 50# with no restrictions.
  • Healthy wrist-arm motion – repetitive motion of arms and shoulders.
  • Accuracy with numbers.
  • Some computer skills.
  • Ability to read, process, and file a variety of paper or electronic documents.
  • Work very closely with Purchasing Department.
  • Vision, with or without correction, must be adequate to perform job functions.

Cycle Counter

Job Summary

Focus is inventory cycle counting and to track and monitor inventory within the cage. Requires strong reliance on accuracy, control, monitoring and coordination in order to confirm inventory & investigate count discrepancies. Assist with shipping, receiving & other duties as directed by supervisor.

  • Drive forklift truck and have valid forklift truck driver’s license

  • Ability to perform duties inside plant or on grounds in both hot and cold weather

Spray Painter

Job Summary

Sprays surfaces of machines, manufactured products, or working area with protective or decorative material, such as paint, enamel, glaze, gel-coat, or lacquer, using spray gun
