Part-Time HR Generalist

Job Summary

This part-time role is primarily responsible for the recruiting and onboarding of new hires. In addition, this position will assist and facilitate human resource processes, such as time and attendance, worker’s compensation, and new hire orientation. Provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including record-keeping and file maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Recruits, interviews, and onboards new employees.
  • Assists in the administration of health and benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Assists employees with questions related to company policies, benefits, and timekeeping.
  • Assists with employee meetings, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Maintains employee personnel, medical, and training files.
  • Reviews weekly timesheets and prepares timekeeping reports as necessary.
  • Responsible for worker’s compensation recordkeeping and reporting.

Spray Painter

Job Summary

Sprays surfaces of machines, manufactured products, or working area with protective or decorative material, such as paint, enamel, glaze, gelcoat, or lacquer, using spray gun.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable/excellent attendance record
  • Negative drug screen
  • Able to work cooperatively with co-workers
  • Adherence to personal protection requirements (safety glasses, etc.)
  • Adherence to company general policies and quality procedures.
  • Receive and follow work instructions from Lead Person or Supervisor
  • Lifting up to 50# with no restrictions
  • Healthy wrist-arm motion – will be using hand tools
  • Ability to work with acetones, thinners, epoxies, solders and sealants and other manufacturing materials without allergic reactions

General Assembler

Job Summary

Perform manual or mechanical assembly of mechanical, electrical and/or electronic components and/or sub-assemblies

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

International Trade Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

The Compliance specialist ensures legal compliance and provides import/export administration and control within government rules and regulations, including appropriate licensing for shipments. This role interfaces with internal and external customers, and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics for the shipment. This position selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and ensures appropriate documentation is processed for the order. Additionally, this position reviews contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions and areas of concern, as well as utilizes experience to assess usefulness of various government programs that may be used to ship goods.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years international compliance experience.
  • Experience filing Electronic Export Information (EEI’s)
  • Working knowledge of Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) requirements and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with US import/export laws.
  • Familiarity with government contracts and processes.


Job Summary

This role has responsibilities to maintain department key measures (quality/delivery), identify procurement processes to be improved or made more efficient, research/set up new suppliers and evaluate supplier by pricing, quality, availability, and other criteria.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2-4 years ERP experience
  • Proven commercial and / or fulfillment experience with a range of suppliers
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal, customer service and professional skills
  • Detailed orientated
  • Strong computer skills, using various Microsoft applications
