Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for current production activities, utilizing of continuous improvement activities, plant layouts, managing multiple projects and promotes a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

    • Degree in engineering or related field
    • Motivated and energetic self-starter with a focus on ‘hands-on’ troubleshooting and analysis of assembly equipment and processes
    • Experience working with new designs, equipment fabrication, line lay-outs, and line balancing
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    • Proven record of continuous improvement implementations that align with business strategies
    • Problem solving/analysis
    • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks through Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Solidworks experience a plus)

Purchasing Agent

Job Summary

This role has responsibilities such as: leading RFP / RFQ and supplier selection and award process, conducting negotiations, confirming terms and conditions, maintaining long term agreements, placing purchase orders within the ERP system, and collaborating with cross functional teams to foster productivity within the supply base. You will ideate on ways to drive days to pay, cash, and deflation. This is a role with autonomy that mixes both strategic and tactical purchasing responsibilities.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution or equivalent experience
    • Purchasing / commercial experience is preferred
    • Proven commercial and / or fulfillment experience with a range of suppliers
    • Experience in international trade requirements/supply chain a plus
    • Experience in Sourcing Compliance and the usage of sourcing systems a plus

General Assembler

Job Summary

Perform manual or mechanical assembly of mechanical, electrical and/or electronic components and/or sub-assemblies

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Reliable/excellent attendance record.
  • Negative drug screen.
  • Able to work cooperatively with co-workers
  • Adherence to personal protection requirements (safety glasses, etc.)
  • Adherence to company general policies and quality procedures.
  • Ability to receive and follow directions and work instructions from Lead Person or Supervisor

Shipping Material Handler

Job Summary

Demonstrates mastery of shipping domestic and international customer orders by small
package delivery services and by common carriers. Performs all duties related to organizing,
compiling, and correctly packing/packaging the shipping of goods and materials.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  •  1-2 years previous shipping and receiving experience.
  • Previous inspection experience with a critical eye for detail and basic problem-solving
    skills.
  • Able to read and write legibly with basic math skills as defined by company standards.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability; Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook and others
    as role scope requires.
  • Ability to use and operate a scale.
  • Ability to obtain and keep a current forklift license certification
